Hi everyone, I'm new to the HRIS side of things, coming from more of a cloud/infra background.
Looking at Workday and SAP SuccessFactors for a potential rollout. I've heard reporting is a big strength for both. Could someone break down which one actually has better reporting in practice? I'm thinking about things like:
- Ease of building custom reports without deep HR expertise
- How well it handles data from other systems (like our existing finance tools)
- Speed and performance when pulling large datasets
Any insights from real use would be super helpful. Trying to understand what the day-to-day is really like.
