Hi everyone, still pretty new to navigating all these HRIS options at my company. We're a small team and need something straightforward for HR to manage onboarding, time-off, and basic payroll.
Between Namely and Rippling, which one actually feels easier for daily HR use? I've heard Rippling is very "all-in-one" but sometimes that can mean a cluttered interface. Namely seems more HR-focused, but is it simpler for non-tech people? Looking for real experiences on the day-to-day, like how easy it is to correct a paid time-off mistake or run a simple report. Thanks for any insights!
