Hey everyone. I'm setting up a new dev environment in a cloud region we haven't used before (Southeast Asia). Our main app is behind Akamai Prolexic.
Since the switch, our monitoring tools show legitimate API calls from that region are getting throttled or even blocked sometimes. It's causing sync failures for our team there.
I'm not deep on DDoS configs. Is this a common thing when traffic suddenly comes from a new geographic source? Are there specific settings in Prolexic we should check to allow this, without just turning down security? 😅
