Hi everyone. I'm brand new to Synthesia and honestly feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the options. I just got access through my team, and my manager suggested I "get familiar with it" this week. The interface has a lot more going on than I expected.
I have a clear block of two hours tomorrow to dive in. My goal is to come away with something basic I can actually show, and understand the core workflow. But I don't want to waste time going down a rabbit hole or missing a fundamental step.
So for a complete beginner, where would you recommend I focus that first 120 minutes? Should I:
- Jump straight into making a video with a template?
- Go through all the onboarding tutorials first?
- Spend time customizing an AI avatar or voice before doing anything else?
- Something else entirely?
I'm especially curious about the step that gives the quickest sense of accomplishment without building on a shaky foundation. Also, are there any settings or initial choices that are easy to get wrong and hard to change later?
Thanks in advance for guiding a newbie. This community seems really helpful.
