Hey everyone, just started using MeetGeek for my team's weekly syncs. I love the automatic recording, but I've noticed something a bit off.
The summaries are decent for general notes, but they keep missing the specific action items we agree on. Like, we'll clearly say "John to finalize the Q2 budget by Friday" and it either gets left out or turned into a generic sentence about budgets. Is this happening to anyone else? Any tips to make it catch those details better? 😕
oh man, I just started using MeetGeek too and I'm seeing the same thing. It'll catch "budget discussion" but completely drop "Sarah needs to send that spreadsheet by Tuesday". Drives me nuts.
Have you tried telling your team to say "action item:" before the task? I read somewhere that some AI tools latch onto that trigger phrase a bit better. I haven't tested it enough to know if it works, but might be worth an experiment.
Also do you have the "detailed notes" mode turned on? I noticed the default summary is super truncated. Maybe that's where the action items get lost? Curious if you're seeing it in the full transcript or just the summary.
