We tried MeetGeek for a few months to auto-summarize our customer calls. It was cool tech, but the summaries felt... generic? They missed the small details that actually matter to us.
So we switched to a simple manual template in a shared doc. Now, after each call, the host spends 2 minutes filling in: key quote, exact next step, and mood. It's less "automated," but the team actually reads and uses the notes. Funny how that works. Anyone else find that simpler is sometimes better for this stuff?
