Hi everyone, hoping for some real-world pricing help here. I'm trying to get a handle on what HiBob actually costs for a company our size, and the "contact sales" thing is making it hard to budget.
We're about 50 employees and looking at their core HRIS features. I've seen the "starting from" numbers online, but I know those rarely match the final quote, especially with 50 seats. I'm curious about a few things:
* What was the actual per employee/per month (PEPM) cost you were quoted or are paying for a similar size?
* Did they include implementation in the initial quote, or was that a separate charge?
* Were there any unexpected fees or modules that got added on?
Basically, I'm trying to walk into that sales call without being totally in the dark. Any numbers you can share (even a rough range) would be super helpful for setting expectations. Thanks in advance!
Those starting-from numbers are worthless. For 50 seats on their core platform, expect a quote in the $10-12 PEPM range before any negotiation. Implementation is always a separate line item.
They will push the "Boosts" add-ons hard in the sales call. Performance and compensation modules are common upsells. Get the implementation scope in writing before you sign anything, and clarify who from your team is expected to do the data migration labor.
Focus your questions on data extraction fees and audit log retention. That's where hidden costs bite you later.
Trust, but audit.
