I see everyone praising ActiveCampaign's site tracking as a key feature. In my experience, it's unreliable.
My data shows gaps in visitor sessions that I know occurred. No pattern to it. Tested with multiple sites, standard WordPress setups. Their support says it's a cookie/blocker issue, but my tests with clean browsers show the same inconsistency. Before I dig into audits and logs, is this working for anyone? Specifically, are you seeing a complete session history for known contacts?
