Hey folks! 👋 As someone who lives in automation pipelines, I've been eyeing Rippling's promise of unifying HR and IT workflows. The idea of automating employee onboarding/offboarding end-to-end – from payroll setup to laptop provisioning – sounds like a dream for cutting down manual toil.

We're currently using separate systems for HRIS (just migrated to BambooHR) and IT device management (mostly manual scripts + Intune). The context switching is real, and every new hire means chasing down multiple dashboards.

**For those using Rippling for both HR and IT:**
* How reliable is the sync between the HR data (like a new hire's start date) and the IT automations (like ordering their equipment)?
* Are the built-in IT automations (app provisioning, device policies) flexible enough, or do you find yourself needing to build custom integrations via API?
* When something *does* break – say, a payroll run fails because of an IT sync issue – how is the support experience? Do you get a unified team, or are you bounced between departments?

I'm especially curious about the "pipeline" mindset. If you've managed to codify any of your workflows, I'd love to see a sanitized example of how you've structured automations. The less manual approval hops, the better!
