Hey folks! Been diving deep into Freshdesk macros lately and wanted to share a neat automation I set up for first responses. It's a huge time-saver, especially for common support scenarios.

The trick is combining ticket conditions with a macro. For example, if a ticket comes in with the tag "billing_issue" and is marked as "High" priority, my auto-response macro kicks in. It sends a tailored, friendly acknowledgment with the next steps and a realistic ETA. This instantly reassures the customer and buys the team some breathing room.

You can set this up in the "Workflows" section. Just create a rule with your conditions (product, priority, etc.) and choose the "Perform an action" option to run a specific macro. The macro itself is just a canned response you create under the "Canned Responses" tab.

It feels almost like a no-code Zapier zap right inside Freshdesk! Anyone else automating their first lines of support? Would love to hear your setups.
