Built a Slack bot that pulls critical Sumo Logic alerts and posts them to our ops channel. It attaches key log lines and dashboard links for context.
Need to scale this beyond our immediate team. Before I over-engineer it:
* What's the practical limit for Sumo Logic scheduled searches feeding a webhook?
* Has anyone hit API rate limits when querying for alert details from multiple dashboards?
* Best practice for managing alert state (e.g., avoiding duplicate Slack posts for the same ongoing incident)?
