What are they not telling you?
* Actual hands-on time for initial config vs. waiting for provisioning.
* Hidden steps like circuit turn-up or carrier delays they blame.
* True timeline from PO to passing live traffic.
Also, what's the real cost of "setup"?
* Professional services that become mandatory.
* Training time for your team to stop it from breaking.
* Data migration from your old system if that's even supported.
Give me real numbers, not sales slides.
