Hey everyone! 👋 I've been diving deep into our Radware setup for the past quarter, and something's been nagging at me. We all saw the recent Gartner Magic Quadrant where Radware is positioned as a Leader – which is fantastic and was a big part of our justification during procurement. Their vision and completeness are always praised.

But in our day-to-day... I'm finding some gaps. The high-level strategic vision they outline doesn't always translate smoothly to the tactical, in-the-trenches work my team does. I wanted to share my experience and see if anyone else is feeling this way, or if we're just configuring things wrong!

For example:
* **The automated threat mitigation** is powerful *when it works*, but we've had several instances where legitimate traffic was flagged (causing minor outages) and the tuning process felt more reactive and cumbersome than the "seamless AI" the reports suggest.
* **The management dashboard** is comprehensive, but for our product and devops teams, the learning curve has been steep. The UI feels built for network security specialists, not for the cross-functional teams we have in our SaaS environment. We end up building internal wikis just to translate the alerts.
* **Feature rollout vs. reality:** Some of the newer DDoS protection features touted in their roadmap announcements took *months* longer to be fully stable in our specific cloud environment than we anticipated based on the high-level messaging.

Don't get me wrong – the core protection is solid, and their support is knowledgeable. But there's a distinct difference between the analyst-report strengths (strategy, market understanding) and the operational experience (ease of use, tuning granularity, integration into *our* CI/CD and observability stacks).

**My questions for you all:**
* How does your team bridge the gap between the "strategic leader" vision and your operational reality?
* Have you found specific workflows, custom integrations (with tools like Mixpanel for anomaly correlation, for instance), or internal processes that make Radware feel more intuitive for product and development teams?
* Are we focusing on the wrong metrics? Should we be looking at this purely as a security "black box" and not expect it to fit into our product management and agile workflows?

I'd love to compare notes and hear your stories – the good, the bad, and the "work-in-progress"! Maybe we can build a community resource on practical tuning and integration tips.
