Hi everyone. I'm relatively new to AuditBoard, my team started using it a few months ago for SOX compliance. I've been running into a really frustrating issue lately and I'm wondering if it's just me or if others have seen this.
I keep getting logged out in the middle of working on a control test or writing up an issue. It doesn't seem to be after a specific amount of time—sometimes it's after 20 minutes of inactivity, but other times I'm actively typing in a text field and I'll get kicked to the login screen. I lose my progress 😕. I'm using Chrome on a Mac, and I've tried both with and without my company VPN.
Is anyone else experiencing this? Our admin checked and my session timeout is supposedly set to the default (I think 4 hours?). Could it be something with my browser settings, or is this a known quirk with AuditBoard? I'm trying to figure out if I need to pester our IT department or if this is something others have found a workaround for.
It's making me a bit nervous about using it for longer documentation tasks, which is a shame because I otherwise like the workflow.
