Hey folks! Been setting up some new content processes for our team and keep seeing "playbooks" and "SOPs" used almost interchangeably. But they feel different in practice, right?

From what I can gather, an SOP is the rigid, step-by-step *how-to*β€”like the exact checklist for publishing a blog post in our CMS. A playbook seems more like the flexible *strategy guide*β€”it outlines the goals, audience, channels, and maybe even some "if this, then that" scenarios for a campaign type. SOPs ensure consistency; playbooks help you adapt a winning formula. Anyone else using both? Would love to compare notes on structure! 👋
