Generic briefs are lazy. They produce generic content. You're not writing about "SaaS" or "B2B marketing" in a vacuum. You're writing a specific guide for a specific audience, based on specific data from a specific project.
Your project's ICP, competitive gaps, and the sales team's latest push are the only inputs that matter. A 10-minute custom brief built from those beats 10 hours of editing a generic AI draft. Start with the project's unique goal, paste in the actual customer call transcript snippet, list the three competitors you need to outrank. That's your template. For the next project, it'll be different. That's the point.
