Hey folks, been testing Read AI for a few weeks now, specifically looking at their meeting intelligence features. The per-host pricing model is interesting for small teams, but I'm hitting a mental block trying to see how it works for a company with hundreds of potential meeting hosts.

We're a mid-sized org with a heavy Salesforce stack, and our sales and customer success teams are constantly in Zoom calls. The idea is to automate note-taking and action item syncing back to Salesforce. Read AI's per-host fee makes sense for, say, 10 managers, but when you think about scaling to 200+ account executives and CSMs, the costs seem to balloon pretty fast before you even add in the potential API calls for CRM integration.

Has anyone here actually rolled this out at scale in a large revenue operations environment? I'm really curious about the real-world experience.

Did you find the per-host cost became prohibitive, or did the value (like saved admin time and better data capture) justify it? Also, how granular is a "host"? If we have a shared team Zoom license where different people schedule meetings, does Read AI bill for each unique scheduler, or is it tied to the licensed Zoom user? The pricing page isn't super clear on that edge case.

Love to hear from anyone who's been through this evaluation, especially if you've integrated it with a CRM. The workflow automation potential is huge, but the pricing structure has me pausing.
