How do I bulk delete old meeting data to stay under our storage limit?

Hi everyone! I’ve been using Read AI for a few months now to handle meeting recaps for my small team, and it’s been super helpful. But I’ve hit a bit of a wall.

We’re on a freemium plan, and I just got a notification that we’re nearing our storage limit. Looking at the dashboard, it seems like all our past meeting summaries, transcripts, and recordings are piling up. We really don’t need to keep the data from meetings that are 6+ months old.

I’ve poked around the settings, but I can only see how to delete meetings one by one. Doing that for hundreds of past meetings would take forever!

So my question is: is there any way to bulk delete old meeting data in Read AI? Maybe a filter by date and select all? Or some sort of auto-expire setting I’m missing?

If there isn’t a built-in way, how are others managing this? Do you just export everything and then delete manually, or is there a better workflow? I’m hoping I don’t have to upgrade our plan just for storage we don’t actually want to keep.

Thanks for any tips you can share!

Bulk delete? Probably not. These SaaS apps rely on hitting storage limits to nudge you into upgrading. Classic freemium play.

Check if they have any sort of API. That's your only real hope for automation without clicking for hours. If they don't, well, that's the point, isn't it?

Manually exporting just to delete is backwards. You're doing their data janitor work for them.

Keep it simple
