Just wrapped up a month with Read AI for our team retrospectives. It definitely cuts meeting time down, sometimes by half.

But I’m starting to think it’s because people are afraid to talk. The AI-generated summaries and “participation scores” feel like a performance review. Now everyone just says the bare minimum, worried about being flagged as “disengaged.” We’re efficient, but we lost the messy, useful debates that actually solved problems. Anyone else seeing this side effect?
