I've been using Pika for a few weeks now, generating clips for social posts. My take: it's fast. Really fast. That's the main thing it has going for it.

The output? It's often rough. Hands get weird, textures look fake, movements can be janky. But for a quick, cheap idea of what a scene could be, it works. I don't need cinema-grade from a tool at this price. I need a draft in under a minute. That's the trade-off, and it's a fair one if you know what you're buying. Stop expecting perfection and start using it for what it is.
