Just saw the news about AISense, Otter.ai's parent company. A major data breach alert went out.
I use Otter for transcribing internal team meetings about our cloud infrastructure. Sometimes we discuss sensitive details about our AWS setup, security groups, even occasional IAM role names.
My question is: does this breach only affect Otter's user accounts, or could the actual transcript content be exposed? If our meeting notes about system vulnerabilities are leaked, that's a huge risk.
What should we do as users? Is deleting transcripts from the account enough, or is the data already compromised? Should we assume any cloud config details discussed in a meeting are now insecure?
