Hi everyone, new here and still figuring Otter out. 😅
I've been using it for about three months to transcribe sales calls. This week, I went back to find an old transcript from my first month, and it was just gone. The whole conversation from that date wasn't in my dashboard anymore. It happened again yesterday with a transcript from just two weeks ago.
Is this a known issue? I'm a bit worried about relying on it for customer notes if things can just disappear. Any help would be appreciated.
