Hey everyone, I'm trying to use Otter.ai to summarize my team's daily standup meetings. Lately, the summaries feel... weirdly generic?
It keeps starting with the same template phrases like "The team discussed key updates" or "The conversation focused on progress and blockers." The actual unique points are buried. It's like it's filling space. I just want a clean list of who said what about their tasks.
Is this happening to anyone else? I'm wondering if it's my recording quality or if I need to tweak a setting somewhere. My workflow is just uploading the MP3 from my phone.
Maybe I'm using it wrong? For context, I'm a junior dev and we're all remote, so I was hoping this would save time.
