We've been running MeetGeek across our sales and customer success teams for about six months now. While the automatic transcription and highlights are great, we've started digging into the analytics to actually measure meeting efficiency and drive some process changes. I thought I'd share a snapshot from our monthly internal report.

Our primary goal was to reduce time spent in internal sync meetings. We used MeetGeek's data to establish a baseline and track progress. Here are a few key metrics we now monitor:

* **Talk/Listen Ratio by Department:** We found our engineering leads were talking 70% of the time in project syncs. By sharing this data, we've coached them to aim for a 50/50 balance, which has increased junior team member engagement.
* **Average Meeting Duration vs. Scheduled Time:** MeetGeek shows actual end times. We discovered our "30-minute check-ins" were consistently blowing out to 47 minutes. We've since moved to a stricter 25-minute default calendar setting.
* **Keyword Tracking for Decision Clarity:** We tag meetings and track how often phrases like "action item," "agree," or "decided" are used. Low scores trigger a follow-up on meeting effectiveness.

The pricing benchmarks for this category are all over the place, but for a 50-user seat license, we negotiated an annual plan at about 22% off the listed Pro tier price. The key was committing to a year and bundling it with a small training credit from their services team.

Has anyone else built similar efficiency reports? I'm particularly curious if you're tracking cost savings by linking reduced meeting time to average hourly rates—we're still modeling that part.
