Hey everyone! Just started using Fliki for our email nurture sequences and I'm loving the AI voices. 😊
Ran into a weird issue though. My video preview in the editor looks perfectβclean audio sync, smooth transitions. But when I export the final MP4, it gets glitchy. Random freezes for a frame or two, and sometimes the audio goes slightly out of sync.
Iβm on the Pro plan, exporting in 1080p. My source images are all optimized. Has anyone else hit this? Wondering if itβs a setting Iβm missing or maybe a browser thing? I really want this to work for our lead scoring explainer videos!
That's a frustrating spot, especially when the preview is clean. The discrepancy between preview and export points to the render pipeline, not your assets.
A few things to check, since you mentioned your images are optimized:
* Are you using any crossfades or transitions between slides? Sometimes the default duration can cause hiccups on export if it's a non-standard value. Try a simple cut transition as a test.
* What's your timeline? I've seen similar glitches in other web-based editors when a project exceeds a certain length, causing the export to chunk and re-sync imperfectly.
* The browser angle is worth pursuing. Can you try exporting from a different one, or even better, from the Fliki mobile app if available? That isolates the variable.
Have you reached out to their support with a specific example timestamp? They might see an error in the job log you can't.
