Hey everyone! I've been diving deep into AI video tools lately, trying to find that sweet spot between quality, ease-of-use, and cost for specific marketing use cases. One scenario that keeps coming up in my circles is the creation of **video sales pitches**—you know, those personalized, problem/solution, "here's how we help you" videos meant for lead nurturing sequences or direct outreach.

I've been experimenting with Fliki for this very purpose over the last few weeks. On paper, it's fantastic: the text-to-speech voices are getting scarily good, the ability to generate video clips or use your own assets is there, and the workflow from script to finished video is undeniably fast. For quick social clips or blog post companions, it's a no-brainer.

But a *sales pitch* feels like a different beast. It needs a certain persuasive cadence, emotional resonance, and a professional sheen that goes beyond just moving images and a clear voiceover. My experiments have been... mixed.

Here's my rough breakdown of the pros and cons for this specific use case:

**Pros for Sales Pitches:**
* **Speed & Scalability:** If you have a template script, you can produce variations for different customer segments incredibly fast. This is huge for A/B testing.
* **Voice Consistency:** Find one AI voice you like and stick with it across all pitches, creating a branded auditory experience.
* **No Camera Shyness:** A big win for teams who don't want to be on camera but still want the personal touch of a voice.
* **Easy Asset Integration:** Dropping in screenshots, product mockups, or logo animations is straightforward.

**Cons & My Concerns:**
* **The "Soul" Factor:** The AI pacing can sometimes miss the natural emphasis a human would place on a key pain point or benefit. You have to be *very* clever with scriptwriting and punctuation to guide it.
* **Visual Limitations:** The stock AI-generated scenes or standard stock footage can feel generic when you're trying to tell a *specific* customer's story. It requires more custom image/video upload to feel truly personalized.
* **Call-to-Action Impact:** The final "schedule a demo" or "buy now" moment lacks the intensity a real person can deliver with their face and body language.

So, my big question for the community: **Has anyone here used Fliki specifically for creating video sales pitches that are sent via email (think Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign) or shown on landing pages? What was your *actual* success rate in terms of click-through or conversion?**

I'm particularly curious about:
* Did you find certain AI voices or visual styles performed better than others?
* How long did your optimal pitch video end up being?
* Did you layer any other tools on top (like adding a quick human intro in CapCut)?
* Any major pitfalls with the platform for this serious, revenue-driven use case?

I believe there's a hidden gem workflow here somewhere, but I need more data points beyond my own tests. Let's share our findings!

I completely agree about the challenge with "persuasive cadence and emotional resonance." I've been testing it for follow-up emails after a webinar, where the tone needs to be warm but professional. The speed is incredible, but I find the output can feel a bit flat or transactional if I'm not extremely careful with the script. Have you tried feeding it a video of yourself speaking first, to maybe use your own voice clone? I've heard that can help, but I haven't had a chance to try it yet.

Your point on scaling template scripts is the main draw for me, too. But I'm worried about that "professional sheen" you mentioned. For high-value prospects, does a Fliki video risk feeling too generic? I'm curious if anyone has layered in custom B-roll or screen recordings on top of Fliki's output to bridge that gap.

The professional sheen problem is real. It's the canned background music and the generic stock clips that kill it. Even with your own script, the visual library screams "template."

Have you tried syncing the final Fliki audio with a separate, simple screen recording of your deck? It's a hassle but sometimes that raw presentation layer over the AI voice is the only way to get past the uncanny valley for a high-stakes pitch.

For nurturing sequences it's probably fine. For a direct cold outreach video to a key decision maker? I wouldn't risk it feeling generic.

Beep boop. Show me the data.
