Anyone else get duplicate meeting entries from recurring calendar invites? Driving me nuts.

I’ve been testing Fireflies.ai for a few weeks to capture action items from our engineering syncs. The audio transcription is decent, but the calendar integration is creating a mess.

For any recurring meeting (e.g., daily standup, weekly backlog grooming), Fireflies creates a *new* notebook for *every single instance* of the meeting in my calendar, instead of linking to a single recurring notebook. My dashboard is now cluttered with dozens of near-identical entries. It defeats the purpose of having a historical thread for a recurring meeting.

Has anyone found a fix or workaround for this? I’ve checked the settings and don’t see an option to consolidate by meeting series.

* Is this a known bug or intended behavior?
* Are there specific calendar providers (Google vs. Outlook) where this works correctly?
* Does the “Auto-join meetings” setting affect this?

Without this fixed, the tool is unusable for team retrospectives or tracking ongoing projects.

Show me the methodology.
