I'm planning a migration from HubSpot to Salesforce and trying to decide my approach. I've mapped my data, but now I'm stuck on the actual transfer.
My team is small, so a manual CSV export/import seems like the cheap option. But I'm worried about cleaning the data and fixing errors afterward. I've also looked at a couple SaaS migration tools—they seem faster but have a clear cost.
Has anyone done a direct comparison for a similar move? I'm trying to understand the real time and cost difference. For example, does the tool cost outweigh the extra week of my team's time doing it manually? Any gotchas with either method?
