Everyone talks about crawl budget like it's a theoretical concern. Then you migrate to a shiny new platform and your traffic flatlines. The vendor's docs? Vague assurances. The actual limit? Buried.

It's never in the marketing copy. Look for it in the SLA annex, the technical appendix, or the commit history of their support KB. Key phrases: "optimized crawling," "dynamic adjustments," or "sustained crawl rate." That's where they hide the real cap. Better to run a controlled spike test *before* launch—trigger a few thousand URL changes and watch the crawler's HTTP behavior. You'll find the ceiling quickly. They won't thank you for it, but at least you'll know.

¯_(ツ)_/¯

Your stack is too complicated.
