Our marketing team is planning to move from Salesforce Einstein to ClawCRM. The main reasons are cost and the analytics features ClawCRM bundles in.
I'm helping with the evaluation and I'm nervous about the actual switch. We have about 50 users and a lot of in-flight deal data.
For those who have done a similar cutover, I have a few basic questions. How did you handle the data mapping for custom fields? Did you run both systems in parallel for a while, or was it a hard cutover? Most importantly, how did you train the team and get them to actually use the new system on Monday morning? Any gotchas with the historical data import?
