Hey everyone, new here and trying to figure something out. I’ve been reading a ton about marketing automation tools because our small team (about 25 people) is considering an upgrade from our current basic setup.

The buzz around Claw is huge, especially for its advanced workflows and reporting. But I keep hitting this opinion: migrating to Claw isn't worth the hassle if you have under 100 users. That feels like a hot take, but maybe there's truth to it?

For those who have made a switch to a more complex platform like Claw with a smaller team, I'm really curious:
* How did you handle moving your active campaigns and customer data? Was there a lot of manual cleanup?
* Did you lose any important history or context that hurt your marketing later?
* And honestly, how did you get the whole team on board when the learning curve seems so steep? I'm worried about drop in productivity during the cutover.

We're excited about new features, but I don't want to lead us into a migration nightmare if the payoff is really meant for much bigger companies. Any stories or lessons learned would be super helpful. 😅
