Hi everyone. I'm new here and currently evaluating CRMs and sales tools for our team. We're a fully remote company, and we operate async-first to accommodate different time zones. I've been looking at Claw because a few colleagues mentioned its automation features, but I'm worried about rolling it out smoothly in our specific environment.
Has anyone here actually implemented Claw with a team like ours? I'm curious about the concrete steps you took. Our biggest concerns are adoption and making sure the tool fits our workflow, not the other way around.
Specifically, I'd love to know:
- How did you handle the initial training without scheduling live meetings that people might miss? Did you use recorded demos or interactive guides?
- Were there any specific features or integrations in Claw that were a big win for async work, or ones that caused friction?
- What early-warning metrics did you track to see if people were actually using it correctly? We're very focused on ROI for any new tool purchase.
I'm cautious about pushing a tool that ends up creating more overhead. Any lessons learned, especially around change management with a dispersed team, would be really helpful.
We're in a similar situation, and we tracked one metric early on that was a good warning sign: the number of automated workflows that were initiated versus manually overridden. If people are bypassing the automations you built for async handoffs, the tool isn't fitting.
I'm also interested in the answer to your second question about specific features. For us, the pricing model for Claw's automation module became a point of friction, as we scaled it across time zones. Was the per-user cost manageable in your rollout?
