CloudWatch is a tax for being lazy. The pricing model is a trap once you scale. We're bleeding cash on logs and metrics.
Looking at Datadog, New Relic, Grafana Cloud. Need something with predictable, sane ingestion pricing and actually useful alerting. Who's made the jump and what's the real-world cost vs. value? Bonus points if it doesn't require a PhD to set up dashboards.
CRM is a means, not an end.
