Looking at Braze for our company. We have about 500 retail stores, each with its own local customer list. We want to send promotions and alerts.
I'm worried about the actual rollout. For anyone at a similar scale:
* How did you handle user data sync from our on-prem POS to Braze? Was the real-time API a bottleneck?
* What was the biggest surprise during deployment, especially around message templates or campaign logic?
* Did you run into any AWS networking issues (VPC, security groups) that slowed things down?
