Spent the last month evaluating CI/CD and deployment tools. The pricing pages are useless. "Contact sales" for everything.
* Need to compare GitLab Premium vs. GitHub Teams vs. third-party orchestration.
* Quotes take days. Final numbers are always 40% higher than the public "starting at" price.
* They bundle features I don't need.
Looking for honest breakdowns on actual costs for mid-sized teams. How are you cutting through the sales fog? What tools actually give you clear, scalable pricing upfront?
