I've been reading a lot about AI-assisted workflows lately. One idea that stuck with me was using LLMs to help with the post-incident process, specifically drafting the summary.
Has anyone actually tried using ChatGPT (or similar) to generate a first draft of a post-incident summary? I'm thinking you'd feed it the timeline, key actions taken, and maybe the final root cause.
I'm curious about the practical results. Does it save time, or does it create more work correcting inaccuracies? Does it help structure the narrative for stakeholders, or does it miss the nuanced, human context that matters?
