Our team is small (3 people, all devs). We handle on-call manually right now - texts and a Slack channel. It's messy.

We need a tool to manage incidents start-to-finish. Must-haves:
* Must integrate with PagerDuty (we already use it for alerts).
* Must have a free tier or very low cost for tiny teams.
* Post-incident workflow is key - we need to force a basic analysis.

Considering: Incident.io, FireHydrant, Opsgenie.
Primary question: Which has the **least** friction to set up and enforce a basic post-mortem process for a team our size? We don't need complex SOC2 stuff yet.
