Trying to decide between OpenClaw and Cody. Need something that doesn’t break my current setup.

I'm on VS Code, Windows 10. My main plugins are for Python and JS dev, plus the basic Git and Docker stuff. The big ones are the IntelliCode and Live Share extensions.

Last AI assistant I tried made my editor super slow on startup and messed with code suggestions. I just want the chat/code help without the bloat. Which one causes fewer conflicts? Specifically with language servers and Intellisense.
