Hi everyone, I'm trying to help my team evaluate Rippling and Namely for our company (around 250 people). I’m pretty new to this HRIS world, so apologies if my question is a bit basic 😅
We use a lot of other tools (like Slack, our project management software, and a separate payroll system for Canada). I'm nervous about picking something that ends up being a silo. For those who've used either, which one actually plays nicer with other apps? I care less about fancy features and more about things just... connecting without me needing a computer science degree.
