Hi everyone. I'm new here and still figuring out the DevOps world, so apologies if this is a bit off-topic. But my team is now helping with some internal tooling, and I've been asked to look into HR platforms for our small company.
We're considering BambooHR and Zoho People. The sales demos look similar, but I'd love to hear from real users. Could anyone share their experience, especially on:
- How reliable are the actual payroll integrations?
- Is the support team helpful when there's an urgent issue?
- Any big gotchas you didn't see during the trial?
Just trying to avoid a bad choice that could cause headaches later 😅. Thanks in advance for any insight.
