So I built a quick scorecard in Google Sheets that tracks the stuff we actually act on:
- **Blocked threats** (critical/high only)
- **Policy violation trends** (up/down by %)
- **User experience score** (latency & access success)
- **Bandwidth savings** vs. last month
It’s super simple, but it turns a 1-hour meeting into a 10-minute win. I just plug in the numbers from the ZIA report each month and the charts auto-update.
