Every review site is just vendor-approved fluff or SEO spam now. You won't find honest takes on vendor lock-in or the real TCO in those.
Look for sysadmin forums on Reddit or Spiceworks where people complain. Search for "migrating from Firebox" or "WatchGuard renewal" to find the real pain points. The negative threads are the only ones worth reading. The five-star reviews are from people who've never had to do an exit.
