Made the switch six months ago. Told our Sophos rep we were tired of the renewal game. WatchGuard promised better value and simpler management.
Regretting it now. The interface feels dated. Basic policy changes take more clicks. The reporting is a step backwards. Support was slow on the one real issue we had. Pricing looked good upfront, but the add-ons to get feature parity with what we had before wiped out the savings. It's just a different flavor of lock-in.
