The documentation assumes you already know the exact syntax and context for half the commands. It's riddled with references to menu paths that either don't exist in my version or are buried three layers deep somewhere else. Trying to find the specific flags for a simple packet capture? Good luck. It’s like they wrote it for the engineer who designed the feature and then fired him before he could translate it for humans.
Is this just me being grumpy, or is the quality of their technical docs a known trade-off for the (allegedly) lower TCO? I’ve seen better, more coherent command references from open-source projects run by volunteers. For a product with a price tag and a support contract, I expected the manual to at least match the competency of a decent wiki.
