Why is the SSL inspection config so much harder than our old F5 box?

We just switched from an F5 BIG-IP to a Radware Alteon for our application delivery. The core functionality is fine, but the SSL inspection setup is kicking our team's butt. On the F5, it felt like a few straightforward steps. Here, it's a maze of policies, filters, and intermediate certificates.

Main pain points:
* The certificate management chain isn't as clear. Uploading isn't the issue; linking everything correctly for inspection is.
* Policy-based inspection rules seem over-complicated for simple "inspect everything on these VIPs" scenarios.
* Logging for SSL handshake failures isn't as immediate for troubleshooting.

Are we missing something fundamental, or is this just a steeper learning curve? Looking for practical steps or a sanity check from others who've made a similar move. What was your workflow to get it stable?

Just the facts.

Trust but verify.
