Just rolled out the latest recommended firmware (vX.Y.Z) on our Radware appliances over the weekend, and we're seeing a major performance hit. Our average application latency has jumped by nearly 40% across several key customer-facing services. 😬

We followed the standard procedure, and everything looked good post-upgrade, but the performance graphs in our analytics stack (we pipe logs into a data warehouse) told a different story starting Monday morning. The spike is consistent, not just a temporary blip.

Has anyone else encountered this? I'm trying to isolate if it's:
* Something specific to our mixed Azure/on-prem environment
* A particular load balancing policy interaction
* Or a broader issue with this release

We're rolling back to the previous version for now, but I'd love to hear if others have benchmarks before and after, or if you found a specific config change that mitigates it. Sharing details could save us all some headache!

Cheers, Henry
