Just tried to pull some custom reports via their API. The event types are weirdly pre-defined, and the filtering feels like an afterthought. Want to see a specific pattern across users and gateways? Good luck building that without pulling everything and processing locally.
Their whole "cloud-native" branding clashes with this monolithic log dump approach. For the price, I expected something that integrates with my SIEM without a ton of glue code. Seems like they're more focused on shiny new VPN features than the operational data.
