Hi everyone. I've been running Netskope for about six months now, mostly for cloud app security and shadow IT discovery. Wanted to share my experience so far.

On the good side, it actually caught three real, nasty threats. One was a user accidentally trying to upload internal data to a personal Google Drive, and two were malware download attempts from sketchy sites. So it's definitely working.

But here's my big issue: managing it feels like a full-time job for two of us. Just keeping the policies updated as new apps get used, tuning alerts to avoid false positives, and generating reports for compliance takes a huge amount of time. We're a small team, and this overhead is surprising.

Is this normal? For those with more experience, does it get easier to manage after the first year, or is it always this resource-intensive? I'm wondering if we set it up wrong or if we need more training. Any tips to reduce the management burden would be awesome.
