Pricing is opaque until you're deep in the funnel. They'll anchor against Zscaler but add-ons for anything healthcare-specific will blow the budget. Have you actually seen a total cost of ownership breakdown from them, or just the glossy front-end quote? Before drinking the Kool-Aid, look at what you're really locked into and what your team can realistically manage.
