I know JumpCloud is popular for directory-as-a-service, but I'm struggling with the API as I try to automate some basic tasks. Fetching user lists or updating groups feels more cumbersome than with other SaaS tools I've used.
The rate limits seem really low for any serious automation. I hit a 429 quickly when trying to sync data from our HR system. Am I missing something? How are others building integrations without constantly running into these walls?
